Din Tai Fung is known world wide for its quality food, exceptional services, and of course, the Xiao Long Bao (steamed dumplings). It has come a long way since 1958 and has branched out in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, USA, and many other countries. Since it's originally from Taiwan, Din Tai Fung was definitely a must for me, especially since I absolutely love dim sum.
It definitely shows that the Xiao Long Bao is the specialty of Din Tai Fung. They have an open kitchen where guests are invited to watch the chefs at work. They pay very close attention to detail and cleanliness.
