Ask anyone in Manila where's the best place to go clubbing and the answer will most probably be Embassy. Embassy actually has two places, there's Cuisine and then there's the club. I prefer Cuisine cuz there's tables and I get to sit, enjoy being with friends, enjoy my drink, and eat finger food. Of course, if you want a table, it's better to reserve or go early. We happened to be really early this particular night cuz our friend's wedding ended early so there we were at 9pm and there was only one other table that was occupied. It felt surreal cuz it's usually jam packed. I actually liked it cuz the music was soft and service was great since there were so many waiters and only 2 occupied tables.

Cuisine at 9pm...personally, it actually makes a nice dinner / date place with the dim lights and soft music but make sure it's before 11pm.
I love their Mojitos!
By 11pm, people started showing up and by 12 midnight, Cuisine was jam packed and in full swing with the music blaring and people dancing to the music.
